About Cadre

WHERE CADRE CAN HELP

Know what needs attention.
Know what to do next.

01

Understand your exposure

Review systems, access and security controls to identify weaknesses and gaps that deserve further investigation.

02

Make findings actionable

Interpret scanner results in the context of affected systems, business impact and practical remediation options.

03

Carry improvements through

Plan and implement agreed changes, then retest to establish what has been resolved and what remains.

WHAT THE WORK CAN INCLUDE

A scope built around
your priorities.

A focused assessment, a defined implementation or ongoing guidance. The engagement determines the right combination.

Vulnerability scanning & analysis

Discover and analyze vulnerabilities across approved assets. Review evidence, affected services and the context behind reported findings.

Penetration testing

Testing led by an OSCP-certified practitioner, with agreed authorization, targets, methods and reporting expectations.

Remediation & validation

Prioritize findings, plan changes, support implementation and perform follow-up testing to validate fixes.

Cloud, identity & access

Review cloud configurations, permissions and identity controls across the systems in scope.

Networks & security tooling

Assess firewalls, segmentation and access boundaries, and support Tenable vulnerability management and related tooling.

Security planning & leadership

Develop security roadmaps, incident-response plans and recovery-readiness recommendations, with advisory support as needs evolve.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Findings with a path forward.

Agree the outcomes before delivery begins. Depending on the scope, your engagement can include:

  • An assessment or testing report with supporting evidence
  • A prioritized remediation plan with clear next steps
  • Scoped implementation support and follow-up validation

HOW THE WORK GETS DONE

From first conversation
to a practical handoff.

01

Agree the scope

Identify assets, business priorities, authorization, access requirements and approved testing methods.

02

Assess & prioritize

Collect evidence, analyze findings and distinguish urgent action from longer-term improvements.

03

Remediate & validate

Carry out agreed improvements, retest relevant findings and document remaining issues.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Before
we get started.

What is the difference between scanning and penetration testing?

Vulnerability scanning identifies potential weaknesses across approved assets. Analysis reviews those findings in context. Penetration testing uses agreed methods to investigate how weaknesses may be exploited and what impact they could have.

Can Cadre help fix the findings?

Yes. Remediation can include implementation support, coordination with your IT team or provider, and follow-up testing. The scope identifies who owns each change and how completion will be validated.

Can testing include operational technology?

Yes, when explicitly scoped for the operational environment. IT/OT work accounts for asset constraints, operator involvement, approved methods and stop conditions. See the IT/OT service page for that approach.
